Norrington from Pirates of the Carribean, in a shojo-mangaesque style. I only used pictures I could find online (didnt have the movie, but at least i've watched it!), so his clothes may not be all that accurate. Although I did use some reference of beaches to paint the background.

This is done in Photoshop (for filling in the color) and Painter (for adding the watercolor-like blend effect).
